STORAGE
Beet Microgreens will last from 5-7 days when stored in a dry, cool place, such as refrigerator. Wash them just before eating them. Storing them in a resealable bag or container with a lid works well. Add a paper towel if needed to remove water - Do not store them wet. As they age, Beets will lose their bright sharp color.
